Lubrication Fittings

Fittings are basic accessories for a lubrication system. Different types of fitting like Tee Block, Banjo, Straight Connectors, Cross Blocks, Elbow are required for delivering oil to lubrication points. These fittings are directly mounted on the lubrication point of the machine.

Metering Injectors / Cartridge

These are valves which eject metered amount of oil to each lubrication point. It requires recharging time of minimum 1 minute between two cycles. An individual oil distributor is required for individual lubrication points. In order to ensure that correct amount of lubrication is distributed at lubrication points, oil distributor of correct dosage should be selected.

Manifolds

Manifolds are required for mounting of oil distributors. These have two ports of 6 mm OD tube and few side outlets.

Oil distributors are screwed directly on side outlets of manifolds. These are available in varieties of mounting holes and models.
