Hand Operated Pumps This is basically a frills model with no electronic controls. This unit is used where lubrication is required after long periods of time, say once or twice a day. This system is suitable for low cost and light capacity machines. All the lubrication points are piped to common manifold, which is lifted with metering device. The lubrication pump is, in turn, connected to the manifold. When the pump handle is pulled it delivers precise amount of metered oil to the various points that need to be lubricated. Manual Grease Pump The manually operated grease pump is used for centralized lubrication of all types of machines. The lubricating device is meant for ejecting established amount of grease on each full stroke of handle. By pulling the handle the suction port of the cylinder gets filled with grease. Spring force through follower plate over the top surface of the grease (filled in reservoir) further helps to push grease into the suction port. Request a quote |

Pneumatic Grease Pump The pneumatic grease pump is used for automatic feeding of grease to the bearings and other moving parts of the machines. This pump is operated by pneumatic power i.e through pneumatic line connected to the ports of the cylinder. The cylinder is built-in with the pump. During 'ON' period of the pneumatic line, the piston inside the cylinder is pushed and it ejects out pressurized grease from the outlet part of the pump body. Request a quote |

Hydraulic/Pneumatically Operated Pump These are piston type pumps and are used for automatic lubrication with the help of hydraulic/pneumatic power. It is similar to hand operated piston pumps. In this system the piston is actuated by hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder. Request a quote |

As the motor rotates, oil is sucked from the reservoir through the suction strainer by the pump. This is then delivered under preset pressure to the piston distributors. A safety relief valve protects the system from overloading. Request a quote |

Progressive
Block The progressive block is a hydraulic valve in block shape. It has one inlet port and number of side outlet ports. The function of the valve is to divide ingoing grease to the valve in equal metered amount of grease from each outlet port. This is achieved with the help of number of plunger pins moving to and fro in controlled bores in the block. Request a quote |

Radial Lubricator The radial lubricator is best suited for machines where continuous or intermittent high pressure grease is required for individual lubrication points. Radial lubricator is used for centralized lubrication in heavy machines. It is meant to discharge metered amount of grease at a high pressure to the respective lubrication points independently. It consists of a single pumping station having a number of pumping units placed radially and fitted on the outer stems periphery of the housing. Request a quote |
