Automatic lubrication units are required
to lubricate the lubrication points intermittently. This is happened with
the help of ON Time /OFF time facilities in lubrication timer. During the on
time metered amount of oil through metering injectors are discharged from
the pump and send to the different lubrication points by tubing and fitting.
Different lubrication timer are available with us but the most important
type is cyclic timer. There is a push button just adjacent to the knob to
the adjust with the ON and OFF time of the timer. On customers request we
are also manufacturing timer with variable 'ON' time. The power supply
recommended is 220V.
The complete lubrication control panel is
also designed by Auto Mat to operate the lubrication pumps related with the
lubrication fault, pressure and oil indication. The panel is attached with
float switch, pressure switch etc. The different indicators LUB fault, low
pressure, minimum oil level are available with the controller. The operating
voltage is either 110/240 V Ac. Operating temperature range is between 0-55°C
and the power consumption is 6 VA. The electronic controller is best
suitable with AMLU-03, AMLU-05, AMLU-08, AMLU-20, AMLHYU-30 and also with
pneumatic and hydraulically operated pump with pressure and float switch
monitoring. However on the basis of mounting both wall mounting and panel
mounting facilities are available with the system.
The OIL MIST LUBRICATION UNIT
Model AM-OML-15 is specially designed to cope with the requirement where
oilling is to be supplied in the form of Fog/mist. It is available both on
intermittent/continuous discharge.
Operational Fuction
The Oil Mist Lubricator consists with an imported acrylic reservoir which
is joined with a single or multi outlet block. The oil block is primarily a
metering block in which oil discharge corresponds to stroke of small pistons
provided inside the block.The pistons which are of spring return type moves
with the pressurised air connected to air inlet point of the block. With the
movement of pistons, oil is sucked from the reservoir and the sucked
quantity is controlled/adjusted by adjusting stroke of piston by an
adjusting screw.
Device
The system is a combination of a acrylic reservoir tank, Vertical float
switch, Oil Block, Air Regulator, Solenoid Valve, FRL Unit, Nozzle for Mist,
Timer (for intermittent), Four nos. mounting brackets are provided on the
back wall of Mist unit to mount the unit on to any vertical surface.
Installation
The systems are suggested to install at some convenient place preferably
very nearer to the lubrication points. The mounting dimension are given in
the drawing. Mostly 4mm and 1 Omm Nylon Tube is required to connect from
block with the lubrication point.
Precaution
- Mount the systems away from excessive heat, dust and moisture
- Fill clean and fresh oil of viscosity between 40-60 cSt
- Always keep the unit clean by periodically wiping with cloth
Field of Application
The Oil Mist Lubricator is best suitable for Conveyors, Sliding chains,
Stripes, Spindles, Drives of Power Presses and Shearing Machines, Textile
Machines etc,
These are valve which eject metered
amount of oil to the each lubrication point. It requires recharging time of
minimum 1 minute between two cycles. An individual oil distributor is
required for individual lubrication point. In order to ensure that correct
amount of lubrication point, oil distributor of correct dosage should be
selected. The guide line for selection of oil distributor with respect to
lubrication area to be lubricated is given below : -
