AUTOMAT has designed and manufactured Motorised lubrication Units for centralised automatic lubrication. These are electrically driven motor pumps containing reservoir, oil filler, suction strainer, bleed valve, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve etc. They are available both in MS and imported acrylic body.

Operational Theory
During On time of the motor which is normally 5 seconds meterd amount of oil is ejected from all the metering cartridges to lubricate the lubrication points. These metering cartridges are again recharged during OFF time of the motor. The outlet port of the pump is normally Ml 0 X 1. Additionally Pressure Switch and Float switch is applied to control over the oil presence and pressure, A Lubrication timer / Controller is also used to get the oil on required intermittent basis. An oil indicator is used to visualise the minimum oil level. Automat has added the Provision of Return Line Filtration with some models to reconsume access oil after it get filtered.

Distribution of Oil
Normally a main 6 mm line from pump to manifolds is send on which required metering cartridges are fixed. Additionally a secondary line is arranged with 4mm tube is applied to connect all the lubrication points.

Precaution
We must always use oil with proper viscosity range which is 50-150 cSt for Transparent acrylic units and 50-1000 cSt for MS body. We should be regularly careful with the power connection to avoid motor burnt. Additionally we should fill oil before going its level below the 'Minimum Oil Level' position to avoid entering of air in the unit.

Note : We have transparent reservoir with non-breakable feature.

AUTOMAT has developed MULTI POINT RADIAL LUBRICATOR to discharge predetermined amount of Lubricants at high pressure from different plunger pumps joined with the common body. It is suitable where lubricants are required on intermittent basis. It is an assembly of Electrically driven 3ph. Motor, Gear box, Plunger, Base Plate, Reservoir box etc. Additionally Plunger with individual indicators may be added for Pressure of Pump / lubricant sensing.

Operational Theory
Multi Point Radial Lubricator with a single pump station having a number of plunger pumps placed radially and properly fixed on the base plate. These Plunger Pump Element are operated by gear box which is rotated radially with the help of an electric motor. The dose of discharge varies with the requirement of machines. However manually it can be adjusted by an adjusting screw provided on each pump element.

Distribution of Grease
Distribution of lubricant is done with the help of Primary, Secondary, Progressive Blocks, Copper Tubes, Hoses to the different lubrication points i.e. Bearings. However Metered Valve may also be used for grease distribution.

Filling of Lubricants
Multi Point Radial Lubricator is suitable for both oil and grease but it is best suited with grease. The filling of Lubricant may be done by opening Top Cover of the system which is as simple as ABC

Field of Application
The system is best suitable for machine where intermittent high pressure greasing/oiling is required. Specially it is being used in Sugar Mill, Cement Plants, Processing Machines, Mining Machines, Different Tools, Stone Crushing Machine etc.

Precautions
1. Always use Proper & Clean Lubricants. Also avoid foreign particles in the pump. The Foreign particles or dust items are the main responsible factor to damage physical components of the pump and chocking in the plunger body. 2. Always fill the lubricants before it is empty to avoid air in the pump. The presence of air may be resulted in improper quantity of discharge. 3. Should always careful with regular maintenance of Plungers and reservoir for its long life.
