Rotary Pump
ROTORY PUMPS are gerotor type pumps with
positive displacement of oil. These rotary oil pump have their wide scope in
the field of lubricating machines like press tools, chemical, textile,
Pharmaceuticals, packing machines.
On the basis of construction they are of two types, flange type and insert
type.
Function wise these rotary pumps can be classified into two types non
reversible and reversible. Non reversible pumps are rotates only on one
direction indicated by an arrow whereas the reversible pumps are rotates on
either direction, clock-wise and anti-clock-wise.These rotary oil pumps are
selected basically as per the space and design of machine. The required
capacity of the oil is thus selected along with the proper working pressure
a suction stainer is used for pump life. A single relief valve is applied to
prevent unnecessary loading of pump.

Manifold
Manifold are required for mounting of oil
distributers. These having two ports of 6mm OD tube and few side outlets.
Oil distributors are screwed directly on side outlets of manifolds.

Hoses
Hoses are used for points where
flexibility is a must and also mechanical strength required. These hoses are
made of synthetic rubber with textile re- inforcement. These hoses are
available with 4mm and 6mm steel end fittings with working pressure of
28Kg/cm2 to 200Kg/cm2. OD of these hoses is 13mm and
ID of 6.3 mm. The length of hose pipes can be supplied as per costumer
requirement

Tubes
Steel Tubes (4mm &
6mm)
These are copper coated welded tubes with thickness, of app. 4mm. 6mm OD.
Steel tubes used for primary lines (mainline) and 4mm OD. Steel tubes used
for secondary line. Maximum permissible pressure for these tubes is more
than 200Kg/cm2.
Nylon Tubes (4mm & 6mm)
These tubes are made for nylon 6 material. Wall thickness of this tube is 1
mm. These tubes are semitransparent and used for moving lub. points. These
are also used as primary and secondary lines. It has maximum permissible
pressure of 60Kg/cm2.
Mechanical Protection & P.U. Pipes
These protection are made of spring steel wire and basically used on nylon
or P. U. tubes for its long life and protection from the Hot chips etc. P.
U. Tubes are made of poly urethane material & more flexible than nylon
tubes and maximum heat resistance. These tubes also can be used for
lubrication points as well as air lines in lubrication systems. Maximum
permissible pressure for this tube is 20-22Kg/cm2.

Pump Elements
PUMP ELEMENT OR PLUNGER is
specially used with radial lubricator which gives metered amount of
lubricant to outlet. The discharge for these pumps can be adjusted by an
adjusting screw. These are of compact type of pumps where doses can be
increased or decreased as per the requirement of the machines from 0.05cc to
0.25cc per stroke.(Adjustable) ie 5 Gms/minute The number of pump elements
are supplied as per the requirement of the customers/lubricatable area.
These plungers can be best suited where pressure requirement is high and
continuous lubrication is must.
Motor Pump Assembly
MOTOR PUMP ASSEMBLY is consisted
with a pump an electric motor and an 1' bracket. This 1' type bracket is
used to tighten the pump and adopter by means of four mounting both.
Application
Motor pump assembly is used for oil lubrication especially where continuous
and high dosage of oil is required. It is also applied Under oil circulation
systems it is used almost all machines where free flow of oil is used. In
the category some special purpose machines manufacturers are now frequently
using motor pump assembly for continuous flow of oil. The different
specification is available with different model. It can sucked the oil from
2 ft. downwards And circulate the oil to 10 ft. at the height.
Working
The rotation of motor pump assembly is indicated on the level. Four
mounting holes are provided to mount the system. An electrical terminal box
on the surface of the motor is provided for connection.
Optional
Suction strainer, relief valve, flow control valve in the filler may be
demanded on requirement.
